EMAIL DISCLAIMER
Passport International will not be held responsible or liable in any way for email communications between property owners and vacationers. Travelers are responsible for providing a valid email address to owners when reserving a property.

POLICY FOR PROPERTIES TAKEN OFF THE MARKET
To remove your property from the market, we can temporarily inactivate your Passport International listing and reactivate it at a future date. Your Passport International listing stays in force throughout the original term and your renewal date will not change.

REFUND/TRANSFER POLICY DUE TO SALE OF PROPERTY
Should you sell your property, your Passport International listing may be transferred to a new owner for a (one time) $20 transfer fee. No cash refund will be given.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Passport International reserves the right to cancel any ad at its sole discretion and for any reason. Should it do so, Passport International will not be responsible for any costs beyond refund of the actual costs (prorated) paid by the client for the services.

CONTENT POLICY
Passport International is not responsible for the advertisers' content and makes no warranties or guarantees about the services advertised.

LIABILITY
Passport International will not be held liable for any personal or property damages caused directly or indirectly by the customers that Passport International generates for subscribers. Passport International is not responsible for information provided by such customers and makes no warranties or guarantees about the legitimacy or authenticity of the provided information.
