Refunds / Cancelations:
No refunds of deposit ( normally covered by client's insurance ). Refunds of balance depend on reletting.
Deposits / Fees:
We require a non-refundable deposit of 10 % of the rental amount ( this is normally covered by the client's travel insurance ).The balance of the rental could be paid on arrival by cash or credit/debit card.In case of cancellation within six weeks of arrival date we would deduct the balance . Refunds depends on reletting.
For urgent bookings the full rental amount would be required which would be non- refundable (this also would be covered by the client's insurance).
