On top of the hill behind the Estepona Marina (in the West), it is 5 minutes walk downhill to the area's beach (Playa del Cristo), next to the Estepona Port, Marina, Restaurants and facilities, with the widest perspective of the whole area, including the mountains (Sierra Bermeja) in the back. There are fascinating views of the town below, the coastline, Gibraltar and the African Coast. The apartment itself is cute and comfortable, with a communal garden for the building, swimming pool and parking area, enclosed and secure.

Estepona is a 20 minute drive away from Marbella. There is a bus service to and from Marbella each 30 minutes. Marbella is connected directly with a bus from the Malaga Airport (45 minutes).
Driving from Estepona to Malaga Airport takes 1 hour. The apartment is situated in "El Jabeque", an urbanisation that is situated on top of the hill behind the Estepona Port (Seghers area), where there is also a town bus that circulates around the village every 30 to 45 minutes, providing transport to the rest of the areas in town. There are also buses to and from Gibraltar - which is a 20 minute drive away towards the west.
